“Last summer, the capacitor went out on my down stairs unit, and I didn’t really know any good AC companies in our area. However, Advantage was recommended to me by a good friend so I decided to tried this company out for this one time service to fix my capacitor. A technician by the name of Alex came out to fix the problem, and boy did we hit the jackpot with him. His knowledge is remarkable and he is truly a professional! He gave us a very detailed overview of what he was going to do and once he was done, he again gave us a detailed run down of the maintenance he preformed. Fast forward a few months, we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance program. Today we had them come out to do routine maintenance/cleaning of our heating system and guess who showed up! Alex! I’m telling you, this guy is the G.O.A.T.! He again got here and explained in detail what he would be doing. Throughout his visit, he continued to ask if we had questions or concerns, and he also gave us a number of pointers on best practices to efficiently heat/cool our home. I had my reservation about AC companies because I’ve heard horror stories about other companies who come out and try to rip consumers off by selling you services and things you really don’t need; however, this was not the case. I’m not the one to normally write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Advantage Heating and Cooling! This is the company you need to call for all your HVAC needs, HANDS DOWN!! When you do call them, ask them to send you Alex! He is the man! I’m sure all of their Technicians are awesome, but I will be requesting Alex moving forward. Thank you Advantage Heating and Cooling! Oh, I forgot to mention, the lady who works the front desk (can’t remember her name) is awesome and very helpful as well!”

“So, just before the polar vortex decided to hit, our heat stopped working, on a Fri night no less. We had to have someone come out over the weekend as we were going out of town on Mon to celebrate Christmas with family; so we settled for another company who will remain nameless. That company left our attic with hvac wires hanging everywhere and a seriously ridiculous quote of $1500 to fix it. So after the holidays were over, we called Advantage, asked for a tech who had serious experience to come out and look thru the jacked up mess left by the other guys and see what it would take to fix our system. Their tech, Mike, came out that very day, spent about 45 mins looking over our unit and gave us a quote to replace a part, which was still under warranty, and it was less than 1/4 of the quote from the other guys. As soon as the part came in, Mike came back out, got our heat up and running, and for the price quoted. He was thorough and professional, and even took time to explain what he had done, answered several of my silly questions, and advised on how to make the best use of the system. We won't call anyone but Advantage H&C again, no matter what! Thanks again Mike, we really appreciate you!”

“We contacted Advantage Heating & Cooling for service on Friday afternoon 5/13/16. We received a service call on Monday, 5/16/16. Our system was thoroughly inspected. We knew before calling that our system needed to be replaced. We were given a fair estimate and contracted with the company to have replacement. Tuesday morning we received a call to schedule the replacement the next day. A team came out early the Wednesday, laid drop cloths, covering and protecting the work area, removed the old system and installed the new HVAC system. They worked quickly, quietly and completed the job by the end of the day. A field supervisor came out to check on the progress during the day. We hardly knew they were here. The Field Supervisor returned at the end of the day when the work was complete to make certain all was well and that we understood operation of the new system. The team cleaned up after themselves before they left. Other than a new quiet and efficient HVAC system on the premises one would never know they had been here. Knowledgeable personnel, great team work and Excellent service. We are very pleased and highly recommend them."

“I went on their website and scheduled a maintenance tune up for our A/C units. I got a follow up call the next morning and got an appointment date and time. She said it would be after 12noon but they would call in advance to let me know they were on their way. The day of the appointment I got a call at 12:20pm to ask if this was a good time for the technician to head over. I said of course! A few minutes later the technician was at the front door. He worked on the outside units first and then the unit in the attic. He was very professional and did a thorough job. He said the units both looked really good. Well they installed them just 10 years ago. Hopefully we get another good 10 years out of them.”
